A booking confirmation and invoice will be sent to the hirer reflecting balance paid and balance due. The insurance security deposit must be paid on the hire date.
INSURANCE: Included in the price of hire is full comprehensive insurance, covering the motorhome and its equipment. The insurance is only valid for the period of hire. The period of hire is from the collection date and time to the specified return date and time. Any late return or driving by non-named drivers would invalidate the insurance and constitute a traffic offence under the Road Traffic Act in which the driver may be liable to prosecution. The hirer and any driver will also be personally liable for any damage to the motorhome, any personal injuries, third party property damage, third party injuries and other related liabilities after the insurance expiry date and time. Please note there may be insurance surcharges dependant on any of the above being applicable. Please also note that the insurance policy will be invalidated if the hirer or any driver misrepresents or withholds driving conviction(s) or health restriction information. Should an insurance policy become invalidated for any reason, Bolts Car Hire Ltd (also referred to as “The Company” in this agreement) will hold the hirer responsible for all fines, losses, damages and other costs. An insurance security deposit of eight hundred pounds (£800) must be paid on the motorhome collection date. This deposit is held against any and all damage to the motorhome. Please note that the security deposit is not a holding deposit and must be cleared funds before the hirer can take delivery of any vehicle. The security deposit can be paid via Credit/Debit Card at least one week prior to the start of your hire period or cash on collection of vehicle. (Refunds will be processed using the same method).
